I used Shaun Harvey for a Landlord Tenant Eviction in Bad faith. Shaun didn't submit any documents to the LTB, I ended up having to do that myself. He didn't do what I asked him to but, rather told me it wasn't necessary which ended up costing me more legal fees to a new paralegal, an extra hearing and a lot more time. He stopped returning my emails and calls before our next hearing, leaving me scrambling to find new legal representation. I made the entire Riverview Group aware of my concerns via email and no one reached out or seemed to care how Shaun was conducting buisness. I have filed a complaint wtih the Law Society.

For any landlord going through a difficult time with your tenant i will highly recommend Tim O'Brien. He is uniquely qualified for dealing with such matters in a professional, calm but firm style. Prior to meeting him i was stretched to my limits, but he gave me his professional expertise and calmed me. As a result, i confidently went about my life, knowing he would handle my case well. Shaun Harvey's services were a joke except they weren't funny.

Did no preparation. Almost lost our slam dunk of a case.

I would have done much better had I never involved Shaun.

For 4 grand we could have done a lot better. We ended up settling for much less than we should have because of Shaun's laziness and incompetence.

Don't waste your time or money on this absolute joke of a business.

Edit: In response to Shaun's reply. We settled because you prepared nothing for our case and showed up to court with literally nothing to show the judge. The settlement we accepted was a tiny fraction of what we should have gotten. Shaun Harvey is a scammer.
