The instructor was racist and unempathetic. To the client before me she told him that he had merged onto the highway with very little space between the vehicle and that it could have resulted in a coalition (evidently it was an obstruction) she smiled at him and told him that he had his license.
She was not nice to me, when I asked her questions she was very rude and told me that she didn't understand me and when I told her that I was very nervous she was even ruder to me and never provided me with an atmosphere of trust so that I could feel more at ease.

I may be a little biased as I have been with this company since I got my license. My parents have always been with them as well. I can call them up and they will assist me with what ever my needs are. Ken always gets me the best deal possible. I highly recommend them to everyone! I feel like I am part of the family 🙂
