Ths place was quick and easy to drop off scrap steel and get payment with a fair and generous rate. They don't try to gouge you with shady rates like ABC .
The people are very nice and friendly. Drop off is easy whether you're in a Light Truck or a Trailer Hauler.

Their unloading system is not fair. They let their own trucks in in a different line up and sometimes I have waited 4 hours just to get unloaded. 1-2 hour wait time is fair, but they are just taking money out of my pocket.

So yeah all I see is the sorry word coming up on every complaint without sincerity, as for guard is just a charity cheque for an old age pensioner who is no help whatsoever and yes you come here first thing in the morning when they open up and wait for what I'm not sure just wait and I know it doesn't take but 15 mins max to pretrip the equipment as I also have tickets for many pieces of heavy equipment myself but as always I'm sure you will just say SORRY but that changes nothing.
