I had a disappointing experience at the Richmond Hill Fingerprint location. I went during their posted business hours on google , but the door was closed with only a sign saying appointments were required. I knocked and waited since i have question but no one answered. I had taken the day off specifically for this, and I don’t have chances to return on another day.

Thankfully, I went to the Markham location instead, and it was a completely different experience—fast, professional, and very friendly. I really appreciated their service.

I prefer not to write negative reviews, but the customer service my husband and I experienced at Moshiri Immigration Services on Thursday, May 23rd, 2024, was unacceptable.

We had appointments at 1:15 and 1:30 pm. Arriving at 1:17 pm, we found the door closed. Despite knocking and calling, we received no response. Eventually, a young staff member opened the door reluctantly. She informed us that since we were two minutes late, my husband couldn't be seen immediately and would have to wait until the next clients were done—despite the next client being me, his wife.

I explained that we were only two minutes late and had been waiting and trying to call, but she admitted she had heard us and chose not to open the door. She stated we didn't apologize for being late, implying that our short delay was more significant than the time we spent waiting outside.

Frustrated by this unprofessional behavior, I asked her to proceed with my appointment, but she refused and asked us to leave.

This poor customer service is unacceptable. I hope this review prompts them to train their staff on basic customer service principles. Respect and professionalism are crucial for any business, especially one dealing with immigration services.

I do not recommend Moshiri Immigration Services to anyone.
