I have known Sean Restall for a few years now, he is always eager to help with legal matters and does a great job of answering any questions one may have. I recently had a client that needed to get power of attorney for his ailing father. I referred him to Sean who took great care of the matter. He met with my client right away, went through the process with him, and got all the paper work in order. He made everything stress free which was so important as my client was under so much stress already. I highly recommend Restall and Restall and will keep referring to them.

They helped us with all legal matters when we were buying our house and seemed to be great. However, few months later we had some serious issues with our house builder and our lawyer (I’m not gonna mention names here) simply didn’t answered our calls or emails to help us clarifying some contract clauses. I tried to contact him several times by email, phone calls, voice message, I even begged to his assistant, but nobody ever returned our calls. I felt that after they got the money, they disappeared and didn’t offer any support. Very unprofessional, I don’t recommend this company!

This is by far the most incompetent law firm I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Recommended by my realtor who also no longer associates with due to the constant headaches that result. If for some reason you do choose this company, ensure you go over the numbers with a fine toothed comb because using a calculator is not a strength of their's. Arlene, Assistant to John H. Restall and Assistant to Stephen R. Schmidt; didn't collect thousands upon the sale of our home. If we didn't go through everything, which I'm sure lots of people don't and blindly put their trust in the lawyer. WE WOULD HAVE NEVER OF SEEN THAT MONEY! So if your looking for a lawyer who's unorganized, who loses documentation increasing the time it takes to close the sale of your home. Who doesn't collect all your money, and who has ever excuse in the book as to why they didn't do their job. This is the company for you!
