Very disorganized - received multiple calls from Public Health each with a different response to the same situation. It's hard to trust an entity when each individual has a different response and protocol they want you to follow.

The staff are kind, but the organization and lack of internal communication is subpar in consideration with what public health handles.

My daughter got bitten by a cat and needed Rabies vaccine. They sent us to the urgent care clinic for the shots. We thought it was the regular procedure. Soon my family doctor got billed for each shot and visit from the Urgent care! They had all our files and knew we have family doctor, why they sent us to the urgent care. I filled the complaint and never heard anything from them. The lady that I spoke to was quite rude as well!

I can only speak about their service and can confirm they are rather incompetent. Both of my kids received their vaccinations and record of both were sent in. One of them was suspended and other one was not. They obviosuly failed to record one of them and it was their fault as both records were sent it. Many parents were there with same issues. We took our time and lost pay to satisfy their authoritative requests and yet when it was their turn they failed to do their job and caused much grief for many parents and kids.

Difficult experience for my kiddo who got his vaccine this week. Despite booking an appointment and very few people in line, we waited for over 45 minutes for our turn. The nurse seemed uncertain about what questions to ask and my son experienced more pain with this vaccine than any others he could remember. Overall, there didn't seem to be good flow and it was quite disorganized. After his vaccine, we were told to wait "5 to 15 minutes" and it didn't seem like anyone was monitoring in case my son had a bad reaction. We had much better and smoother experiences at other vaccine centres so will avoid this site in the future.

All the staff were so nice and ready to help in anyway they can. Special thanks to Nurse May and Nurse Ethrene Villarreal(not sure I got they name right lol) They made sure to take us through the process of getting my children immunization history documented and also getting them vaccinated. They were so so nice! I can’t stop talking about this place to my friends and family! U’re doing an incredible job here!!!

The place is fine and clean/organized but when going for a booster dose (booked a week ahead online) they told us to wait until mid-late October for the updated booster. They said they had the updated shots upstairs but we had to wait for the approval and rollout of them. No option to take the regular dose regardless which is what I booked for as I'd like to get it over with asap. No information before going there, just burned 20 minutes.
