We had a problem with our tenants previously. The tenants complained to RTB about the rent payment. For this complex case, we sought legal service from Refresh Law, and Ms. Vicky Fei was signed to provide us legal support. She worked closely with us for RTB judgement by providing professional knowledge and services during the entire process. Most importantly, she captured the essential legal point of the case and submitted to RTB. As a result, the tenants’ requirement was dismissed and an order was issued asking the tenants to pay the money back to us. We won the case. We were dealing with very difficult strata owners, and while Council wanted to resolve the issues, the majority of the owners refused to approve the money necessary to address common property maintenance, which had put the valuation, saleablity and people's health at risk. It was clear that the Strata Corporation was contravening the Strata Property Act.
We contacted Refresh Law, who were very quick at assigning Ryan Prokopishin as an Associate to assist us. After reviewing the associated documents and details with us, he sent the Strata Corporation a letter clarifying the law and expressing our intent to take legal action. After a very stressful year with ourselves attempting to resolve our issues, Ryan's skillfully worded letter resulted in the issues being iresolved mmediately, We very much appreciate Ryan's skill and guidance and swift efforts to resolve our issues.

Got emailed a bill. Have no idea what it is for we have paid our strata fees there was no notices or warnings. Spelt my last name wrong in the email and didnt include my email. My husband and I tried calling no answer. Honeslty felt like scam but seems like a legit office?
