When I acted in the role of Executor for an estate & realized the estate was insolvent and money owed to various creditors, it was then that I contacted Refcio & Associates. After speaking with Rod on the phone, I decided to hire a Lawyer from this firm. Lawyer Will Chapman & his Assistant Shannon are the ones who took over the role of dealing with these harassing creditors, as I found it too stressful. It took longer than I had hoped to settle but the creditors are the ones to blame for that fact. Will had put out two rounds of reasonable offers to all creditors & many of them took forever to respond & some did not bother to respond at all, prolonging the entire process. I am glad I hired Will & Shannon to take on this role because it would likely still be ongoing with no end in sight if I had been the one to deal with the various creditors. It is now finalized and all creditors have been paid. I can now go about finalizing the estate. Thank you Will & Shannon for the work you did!

Front office staff do their best but lengthy periods (weeks stretching into months) of silence and non-response to multiple calls/emails. This happened even for straightforward matters, which was frustrating and concerning. Ultimately, they processed things as needed but it was a difficult experience.
