Kimberley has been an amazing gift to our company. Where our website was bulky and confusing even for us she developed a site that is not just easy to navigate but simple enough that we can create real time changes to best meet our dynamic needs. We regularly receive positive customer feedback on it.

Kimberley has introduced us to new tools that integrate with our business and website such as zendesk. These have been easy to use and in the case of zendesk added an essential way to grow our customer service abilities.

Changes created in our retail platform have not only seen an increase in sales processed in this manner but also a reduction in costs. What business owner wouldn’t be delighted with that outcome!

I have really enjoyed working with Kimberley on this project. We will be using her on an ongoing basis and look forward to learning from her in the ever changing digital world.
