I was passing through Smith's Falls when the leaf spring on my Cargo trailer snapped. Stopped at RCL to see if they could repair it. Chris and his staff replaced the leaf spring and had me on the road in no time. Very reasonable price too. Thank you!!

Absolutely so impressed with the honesty of these people. I was told by someone at my tires needed to be replaced. They ordered the tires and I set up the appointment. When Chris checked my tires he said they were still good for the winter and was confirmed by another mechanic.I was so excited to have a business be so honest and kind. As a single woman it is so wonderful to find a place you can trust. Thank you RCL you are awesome.

Took my car to rcl for a service on my clutch pedal at first service was good told me my car was ready and cost effective said it was a bad master cylinder until i drove my car away and within the hour i broke down and had to get a tow from ottawa to smiths falls so i missed a day of work ( very not cheap) and then the took my car back in the shop told me they would fix it up a week later called me up saying my car was fixed ready to drive. Yet again for the second time i drove away and within the hour i broke down again and had to get a second tow also very not cheap. They then call me back 3 weeks later and tell me that it will cost around 4 thousand to fix my car.. it costed me around 2 thousand dollars and i left with more problems then i originally went to them for.. dont trust rcl for your auto service they will waste your time and money. Go somewhere els

I won’t go into details but a shop to over charge on parts to the point where bringing them a part straight from the dealer with it being cheaper.. and then RCL sending a automobile out more then once not safe to only break own on more then one occasion 1 of witch leaving a car load of people stuck pushing the car to a off route on a highway while cars are flying by then the automobile goes to the dealer and the dealer. Only to be told that Rcl did not do the most basic part of there job and did not have the experience or knowledge to accomplish what they committed to.. they rather spend your money and replace everything in sight hoping the issue gets resolved..

Early this year we moved to Smiths Falls and needed to find a reliable mechanic. We tried RCL based on the reviews. I am happy to say we have been back several times for various repairs and they have done an excellent job every time. We are visiting from the states. We rented a cottage. Went out this afternoon to hook up our boat trailer and noticed the rear passenger tire was flat. Our neighbor recommended this repair shop to us. Went into town and they took us right in and plugged the tire. Awesome friendly people both in the shop and office. Kaylee was very nice and friendly. Recommend this place for quick amazing service!
