****** SAVE YOUR MONEY, HIRE SOME OTHER LAWYER. ******

This lawyer is useless. I was divorced from my wife 6 years ago, and suddenly, when my ex knew I was selling my house, she hired this lawyer 6 years later and put her name on my property as her matrimonial home, which is not the case because we divorced 6 years ago, and she remarried again.

Ranjit Verraich sent me a letter demanding I should pay $50,000 to my ex-wife and $10,000 to him as his legal fee otherwise he take me to court and put a stop to my house sale.

I hired one of the best lawyers and showed him the letter Ranjit sent to me, When he read the letter every lawyer in his office laughed for 10 min straight because Rajit Verraich didn't know what he was talking about plus a lot of grammar errors in his letter.

My lawyer sent him a letter and told Ranjit if he did not remove her client's name from my property by noon the next day we would take his client to court and seek $1 million for damage and a complaint would be filed against Ranjit in Law Society of Canada guess what 2 hours after receiving the letter from my Lawyer, Ranjit got his trousers wet and told my lawyer he spoke with my ex and they both decided not to pursue any legal case against me and my ex had no issues if am selling my house since she is already married and she cannot claim 2 matrimonial homes.

This is the level of this Ranjit Verraich just hire another good lawyer if you have any legal issues other you are going to lose your case and money wasted.
