Absolutely amazing service. As an out of town landlord it could have been very difficult to deal with such a challenging tenant and complex situation, (21-001) but Denise and her team smoothed the way, explaining clearly the processes, the alternatives, estimated time frames and every other aspect. Price stimates were accurate and there was nothing unexpected.
Denise knows her stuff and made sure I was protected every step of the way.
Can't say enough good things. If you need representation in a Landlord/Tenant issue then look no further.

Absolutely terrible service. The retainer of $1500 was paid upfront and no filings were made. I terminated the service and I only received $700 and some change back. I reviewed the final invoice and I was charged for emailing and calling them every-time I didn't hear back from them regarding my file. I spoke to the Paralegal only twice all the other time I was only able to talk to her secretary. Terrible terrible experience, please find anyone else to represent you or do it yourself. Cheers.

I was told that Denise has a really bad record when dealing with LTB hearings. She was the Paralegal for our Landlord. I didn’t have to say a word in my defence. The Member scolded her on her lack of knowledge and made her aware of her filings that were wrong and dismissed the action without any rebuttal from our side. You would think someone who claims to be very knowledgeable would not make such rookie mistakes. In our case our Landlord was in the wrong And had no chance of winning. Based on just hearing her speak, I would look elsewhere. Just my opinion!

Do NOT, do NOT , do NOT use their services. Denise managed to make at least 3 big mistakes and many little ones on a single file which cost me over $1,000's of dollars, time and frustration. I asked for a slight refund and I didn't hear anything back. The balance of the retainer she had, she didn't give back and didn't give me an explanation When she does return a call or email, which is rare, it takes a week. She seems very unorganized and tries to do everything herself.
