Just wanted to say that today’s experience was honestly really frustrating. We came in just to get a document notarized, and instead of helping or explaining what needed to be done, the way we were spoken to felt rude and unprofessional.

It would also really help if they had some basic computer knowledge—simple things like knowing what changes are needed and how to make them shouldn’t be such a big issue.

Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a while.

The attendant lady at front gave me attitude. She has zero sense of dealing with customers. Timing was around 11am 16th August 2024. I haven’t met guy Randhawa who own or Run this place but for sure you know how your staff doing there.
ਮੈਂ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਇਹੀ ਕਿਹਣਾ ਚਹੁੰਦਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਾ ਕਿ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਓਹ ਸੀ ਓੱਚਾ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਫਿੱਕਾ ਪਕਵਾਨ. ਓਸ ਔਰਤ ਦੇ ਬੋਲਣ ਦੇ ਢੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਬੋਲ ਰਿਹਾ. ਓੱਥੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਨੋਟਰੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨਾਲੋ ਘੱਟ ਪੈਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੋਟਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ. ਮੈਂਨੂੰ ਜਦ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਨੋਰੀ ਦੇ ਦੁਸਰਿਆਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ 25% ਪੈਸੇ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਮੰਗੇ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਤੇ ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦਾ ਰੇਟ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਬੋਲਣ ਜੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਇੱਦਾਂ ਹੀ charge ਕਰਦੇ ਆ ਪੈਸੇ.

ਗੱਲ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਪਰ ਇੱਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਰਕਤ ਜੋ ਓਸ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਓਸ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਕਦੇ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਸਕਦਾ. ਜੇ ਕਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਆਇਆ ਹੋਊਂ ਤਾਂ ਓਸ ਇੰਨਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਵਾਂਗਾ. ਓਂਝ ਵੀ ਜੋ ਰੇਟ ਚਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਨਾਲ ਤਿੰਨ ਚਾਰ ਹੋਰ ਨੋਟਰੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਰੇਟ ਘੱਟ ਸੀ, ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ competition ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਘਾਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਫਿਰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਟਾਫ ਨਾਲ ਅਪਣੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਗ ਨਹੀ ਲਗਾਓਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਜੀ.

ਤੁਹਾਡੀ opposite ਬਿਲਡਿਗ ਚ Sidhu and Gombers Law corporation ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਓਥੇ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ Busy ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਨੋਟਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿਓਂ ਕਿ Print Out ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ Already ਹੀ ਸੀ. ਸਿਰਫ ਦਸਤਖ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਹਰ ਲਾਓਣੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮਿੰਟ ਕਾਫੀ ਸੀ.

I had a disappointing experience with this notary public office. The staff were unprofessional, lacked basic communication skills, and came across as rude throughout the interaction. It was difficult to get clear answers or any sense of courtesy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to others.
