We didn't have much interaction with Rabideau Law but I assume that's a good thing. All the title searching, land transfer, etc was handled seamlessly. We spoke with Geoff virtually for about an hour the day before we closed he was personable and explained each of the documents were signing. He also had some pointers for last minute things to check over in the house during the final walk through.

Dealing with Rabideau Law has been a positive experience. Geoff and his team are wonderful to work with. Jessica, the Real Estate Clerk who I personally dealt with throughout our closing, is exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. She is professional, efficient, responsive and connected us with Geoff directly whenever was necessary.

When we experienced some unexpected issues as we approached the closing date, we met with Geoff a few times and he was great. He is patient, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all of our questions. He also made an effort to meet with us on short notice to discuss any urgent matters. Geoff is pleasant, proactive and efficient. This gave us a great sense of relief when it came to dealing with unexpected issues. In the end, the deal closed to our satisfaction.
