When I joined them as a client they did not inform me or told me honestly that they were having problems and there will be a lot of people leaving the law firm ,they would hand over my case to one lawyer he would resign ,then they would hand it over to another person he would also leave. The third time I was dealing with Miss Shivleen Sandhu who was professional and worked on my file, Then she also left the law firm due to some personal reasons and I was without a council... I was going through a very tough time emotionally, financially and to add it all I was with the most unprofessional law firm The only thing they are good at is billing you & asking for retainer fees for no fault of yours.

Bad experience. I felt the (lady) lawyer did not work for me at all. After suffering years of physical abuse I had to depend on legal aid.
She was not helpful and in the end her actions helped my abuser. Sadly, he committed suicide 6 months later but my feelings were she helped him due to her complete and utter lack of caring about my situation. She told me I wasn't entitled to a bit of his big pension. Turned out that was not true.
I have MS and that little bit would have made the world of difference.
It felt like I was just a nuisance. A number.

I am absolutely disgusted with this Law Firms lack of professionalism. I briefly dealt with a young girl (Kimberly), that was working. She was very short with me and somewhat rude. I was instantly turned off by my visit and would not recommend. Especially due to the fact that after that encounter, I easily found this online, one of the lawyers is obviously unethical according to his own employee posting all over Facebook. Who knows what his employees discuss and post on the internet about his clients!!!

I approached this firm after a very bad experience with another firm. I cannot speak highly enough of the competence, efficiency and trust in Lori Gerbig, whom was my appointed solicitor. She is client focussed and driven to resolve matters - unlike my prior counsel who got the boot when it became quite evident his motivations. Not only did Lori take on my case mid-term but she also resolved part 1 of my case in a matter of weeks and part 2 has just been resolved with the best outcome I didn't even imagine. Many thanks Lori. Highly recommend her services.

I hired the owner but ended up with a student lawyer he was good enough for the most part. The owner was arrogant and rude behavior was a problem so I left. No direction here.
