I wish I found these guys before! I had another company install a whole home water filtration system and reverse osmosis just over a year ago, it was a horrible process. The installation took forever and I was never fully satisfied with the work. Fast forward 15 months to today, my reverse osmosis system needed new filters. No one was able to help, these guys have the parts you need and the advise combined with technical know-how to get you back up and running. Plus, their prices are great! I will make sure that anyone who wants better water talks to these guys first. I will be back again!

Kedar did a great job. He came to the house to have a look at the area the water softener was going. He was very knowledgeable and let me know what my options were and what the price differences were. He let me know there would be a definite change in the taste of the water as well, so I asked about a reverse osmosis setup. He provided me the cost for that as well, but let me know that continuing to use my Brita would fix the taste issue and didn't pressure me to get it. We set up an install time and he was back a few days later. The installation was quick and efficient with a bypass installed for the outside taps, so I'm not using the softened water on the grass. Although he did leave it so I still have the option to use the softened water on the outside taps. This way when I was the cars it won't leave water spots on them. Overall great work and I would recommend them.

Make sure you don't pay deposit for the refillable bottles because they won't give it back!! Not impressed 👎 Dealt with them for years. Their excuse was 'We don't do that anymore '.

Prince and Kedar just installed a softener and inline filter system in my new-to-me mobile home. I felt it was a bit of a tricky install (small space and drain tube had to be routed around the hot water heater then through a wall) but they handled it with ease. Their work and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend Quality Water Services West LTD.
