We returned to our office after the holidays to find extensive water damage throughout the building. In need of immediate support, we reached out to PuroClean who arrived within the hour to assess the site; they had equipment and staff on site within a couple of hours to begin clean-up and tear-out. PuroClean worked diligently to ensure that the job was completed thoroughly and quickly. Their staff were always professional, compassionate and helpful, supporting me, my employees and my tenants in our efforts to salvage equipment and furnishings and navigate the situation. PuroClean was always responsive and readily available by phone and email. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring restoration work at their home or place of business.

After a ridiculously high quote from a different restoration company, PuroClean was quick to respond and courteous in their dealings with the issues. After months of other companies trying to figure out what was causing a small leak in our roof, Mat had someone out the same day I spoke with him. Nick explained - from the rooftop - what he was seeing, what was causing the slow leak, what the fix was and when he climbed down, showed me the pictures he took so I was clear about what was causing the problem. I figured it would be a few days or maybe a week to get it fixed but nope, they were there the very next day and voila - I have a roof that is no longer leaking so now can finally move forward on the renovation we started in the spring. Where for other companies this job was too small or they just couldn’t figure out the problem, Mat’s team figured it out and had it fixed wi the in 24 hours of first talking to Mat. I without hesitation highly recommend this company to anybody. Level of service, quality of work, speed of service, friendliness are all top notch across the board.

I want to thank Matthew and Camille for operating a true community-connected business, and for being caring individuals.

The front of our Smiths Falls office building was graffitied with profanity yesterday. We have a lot of seniors and others who come here for services. Our landlord was on vacation and not able to respond.

Fortunately for us, Matthew and a colleague drove by this morning and saw the graffiti. It did not meet the standard that they hold for their community, they were not prepared to allow it to be there, and they stopped and took care of the problem.

They tried painting over it first, but it didn't work with the cold temp. So..... they came back a second time, with a different company vehicle equipped with a pressure washer. And they took care of the problem.

Nobody asked them to do this. They don't anticipate being paid.

This is the definition of what it is to be a small, community based business with values and integrity.

I appreciate them a great deal, and I will drive any business I can their way in the future.
