It would be an understatement to say that our project turned out to be more complex than the initial insurance estimate for mould indicated. I also can’t say that no mistakes were made in the course of a year more full of twists than an M. Night Shyamalan film. What I *can* say is that throughout the process Warren, and especially Mike, were always committed to delivering a quality restoration under often difficult circumstances. Ultimately, the best thing I can say about working with Mike is that I always felt like he had our best interests in mind and that he always heard and addressed our concerns. Because of Mike’s openness, I was able to trust that the work would be completed well in the end, and my trust was rewarded. I will definitely work with Warren and Mike on future projects.

Warren and Kristie (Co-Owners) and their staff Brandon and Nick make for an excellent team.

From the intial call right through to the end, everything was outlined and clearly explained.

- Warren was quick to respond, answered my questions, outlined the process, schedued a quick service date and I was provided with a quote up front.

- Brandon and Nick, arrived on time, were competent and performed the service in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.

- and lastly, Kristie followed up the same day to make sure I was satisfied with the staff and service they provided. Nice to find out that on my final invoice, the initial estimates were bang on, with no 'extra surprises'.

Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable. The people in the office were polite, professional and kind to us in a difficult time. Paul worked well with our insurance company--even though his company's not on the "preferred partners" list. That didn't matter. I usually don't write google reviews but this company exceeded my expectations today in every way so felt the need to say how fantastic they were. We received a complaint of mold in one of our rental units from the tenant. When I called the PuroClean Leslie was responsive, professional and very flexible with regards to timing things with myself and my tenants. Something came up and we needed to do another inspection on the same house the following day, for this Warren the owner of the company joined her who was also a great pleasure to deal with (you can imagine my worry when a tenant is complaining of mold and we have to do a second inspection) all I envisioned was floors & walls being ripped out and a lot of $$$ for complete restoration. After inspecting the property for a second day they told me there was in fact no mold issue at all. They directed me to a minor HVAC fix (that they won't even profit from themselves) and left after two visits not charging me a dime!!! Dealing with many companies and contractors with our rental business I am often asked by companies to write a google reviews if they do a good job. Due to a busy life I never have actually taken the time to do this until now. Warren and Leslie at PuroClean did not ask me to write them this review, which in my eyes makes their company look even better. They are an honest, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy company to deal with for property restoration. I would highly recommend working with them.

We had concerns of mold in our basement and gave Puroclean a call to come check it out. Warren came by to inspect and then let us know that it wasn’t mold after all and told us ways to improve airflow in the house etc. Highly recommend as we did not feel taken advantage of. Hopefully we don’t need to call them in the future, but if we do we definitely will.
