PuroClean responded immediately when our house suffered a kitchen fire and extensive smoke damage. Their customer service, professionalism and knowledge of the entire claim process made it so much easier for us to navigate unknown territory. They took great care of our belongings and ensured that sentimental items were kept safe. The entire team was friendly, empathetic and very efficient. The people who work at this company were extremely nice, but had very little knowledge and lacked the ability to properly do their jobs. I have worked with other restoration companies who had the proper training and skills needed. Without the proper training, restoration is dangerous for the employees and customers (mold, aspestosis, chemicals, etc)I would strongly recommend Paul Davis and SERVPRO as their work and reputation is superior.

Puroclean was our insurance contractor on our claim at the Rotary Centre for Youth. They were with us from the first day the damage occurred to the last day of completion. Once we received approval from the insurers, Puroclean had the removal and restoration ready to go. They arranged the contractors and oversaw the renovation. The job involved plumbing, complete rebuild of the kitchen wall and floor, removal and reinstall of the lobby floor. A big job that got done in three weeks. They looked after the paperwork as well, submitting the invoices to the insurance company. Job well done.

We had very good experience with Puroclean service manager and cleaning team after a devastating mouse infestation in our small cabin near Parry Sound. The first contact and organizing the job with the service manager, Deepak, was informative and reassuring. He responded to my emails promptly and was équipe to answer all my questions. He prepared us very well for the experience ahead. The four person team sent up to do my job was knowledgeable, considerate and hardworking beyond all my expectations. Fi was an exemplary manager of the team and Paul, Michael, and Joanne couldn’t have been kinder, skilled, or more hardworking. On the hottest days of the summer, the job was completed on the lowest side of the estimated cost. What was a nightmare in anticipation turned out to be a successful and excellent experience. I highly recommend this company.
