"Our account login website goes down intermittently. We've known about this problem for a long time. We don't know why, we haven't arranged for anyone to figure this out, there is no-one to escalate this issue to and there is no workaround. So sorry, despite you being a small business owner you are going to have to spend the rest of your day trying to refresh the login screen until it lets you access your account"

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Had them turn off my water on a Friday morning to do some plumbing work. They didn't bother to answer their phone all afternoon and evening. When I do finally get a hold of them on Saturday, they want over $300 just to come turn the water back on. So now I am two days without running water in my home, because I can't afford the additional fees, that I would not have needed to pay had they simply answered their phone on Friday. This monopoly needs to be broken up!

Their customer service just plain SUCKS!!!!!! Incomptent stupid people answering the phones. I can now see where all the brain dead are working...called to get an issue resolved and a month later they still have not got it resolved and no one has called me back which they were suppose to do a MONTH AGO...

If you have an emergency after hours, don’t even bother to call the PUC “after hours/emergency number”. After over 5 minutes on the phone nobody picked up and there wasn’t even an option to leave a message. In an emergency you are better off calling 911 to get service.

We would like to thank the men from PUC that came to repair an electrical interruption to both our home and our neighbour's last evening. They worked tirelessly digging manually, then bringing in the help they needed and working until 2AM , on a day that they should have been home with their families. The problem was fixed and we are greatly appreciative of their hard work.

Worst company, they turned off my hydro and water on Friday 3pm, i called them they told me they can't turn on the water because its after hours Even i called them before 4pm and charged me $350

Power outages, brown out glitches when there's no bad weather. Slow to update website statuses, probably one of the poorest power companies I've ever dealt with.
