Seniors are forced to make ends meet despite high inflation and rules that take zero consideration for financial status. I became aware of a contamination issue that was completely overlooked by an insurance adjuster that apparently managed the restoration of my house. Protec took my situation into consideration and guided me through the process without focussing on profit lines but the end result of a job well done. I would not hesitate to call on their level of expertise and goodwill should I be faced with a contamination issue. I’m grateful to them!

Taylor was great to work with. He was professional and knowledgable. He was able to identify and mitigate the issue and went through the entire house to ensure that it was all contained in the one area. Taylor and Dave at PROTECK have been great to deal with. I discovered old lino when redoing my flooring, and had concerns about the potential for asbestos. Dave showed up the same day and was super knowledgeable and helpful. The team completed testing and had reports to me before the end of the week. What could have been a major headache was easy thanks to their diligence and professionalism!

Had a weird electrical issue that caused me to have rip my ceiling apart which exposed some old, potentially hazardous insulation…. Not know how to proceed I contacted Taylor and his team to find instant support and guidance. They are so personable and knowledgeable, it was great to have such a helpful group with this as it was already stressful enough. I’d recommend them for anything you encounter!

Taylor and his team performed a very labor intensive vermiculite insulation abatement in our attic spaces and he made the whole process far less stressful! Taylor was always available for any questions we had from start to finish and they performed the work on a schedule that worked well for our family! We would definitely recommend contacting Taylor at Proteck for any asbestos related issues!

Taylor did our inspection for us. He drove from Cranbrook to Invermere to do it. He arrived right on time.
He was very knowledgeable regarding what he should be looking for and found nothing to worry about.
Proteck doesn't charge for inspections, they didn't get any work from us this time, but we will recommend them to anyone in need.

We unfortunately have had a couple asbestos problems this year, but on the bright side, Gavin and his team with Proteck have been incredibly helpful! Very knowledgeable, great work ethic, and good attention to detail. Everyone was very friendly and easy to communicate with, always pleasant and quick to respond. Would definitely hire again if needed.

This company will go above and beyond. I was worried about the status of our 1970 stucco and this man Taylor on a visit, stopped and picked up a sample and set my mind and my wife's mind at ease. Probably a week early if he didn't stop on a Sunday. I highly recommend this company, they truly care about their clients. Thank you!
