Not get any physical place where People get any assistance! Got a contact but can't connect any body, even waiting after 30 minutes! Only one notice that informed place is changed but no new location address there!

PRO BONO means they will treat you like a stupid individual when you call them here
The lawyer I spoke to did not listen to what I was asking, and then got rude with me like she was better then me. I called in for advise on something and she gave me advise on what i already knew and not what i asked. They don't care to help you or at least the women i dealt with didn't care. Stop funding places like this especially if the lawyers they hire to provide the advice would rather be doing something else that they can't even LISTEN to what you are asking.

Worst experience ever thank god i didn't have to pay for this service, they are not even worth a donation

Very informative and a great resource for those that may be representing themselves or aren’t sure what steps to take next. Suggest calling early as mid-late day it takes a while and a couple times calling to get someone on the phone.

I have called them 5 days in a row and no one picks up. When someone does pick up they tell me that they are going to ask me a few questions. After a voice recorded message asks me to rate the service I received. This is useless and don't waste your time.

After calling over and over and over, I never got through. They hang up on you after 20 minutes on hold.
