In particular I must mention the paralegal Amaraj Purewal. While I did have a solicitor allocated to me it was Amaraj who did at least 90% of the work. I very much appreciated the fact Amaraj was so easy to get hold of; 9/10 times he answered the phone straight away to answer any queries I had and was happy to follow up with emails to clarify any matters further. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and patient throughout and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

I have been trying to get an update and clear response after Prince Evans made a mistake with HM Land Registry. They were made aware of it in November 2023 and to date I have had no update. Just passed to different staff who also ignore my emails. Such a shame as I had used Prince Evans several times and had plans to use them in the near future, however my trust in them has now dwindled. Their communication is non existant. They do not acknowledge emails, possibly as they are not getting paid per hour to rectify the mistake THEY made. It's impacting on everything and they are just completely ignoring me.

£1000+ charge for LPA paperwork and then mistakes made delayed the sending to office of public guardian. It costs £80 to do it straight with them. LPA did not get registered before he passed away. No refund offered in this process.
In trying to book an appointment to retrieve the will I got through and was put on hold which then turned into voice mail. Very disappointed.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! As like many Prince Evans were recommended by our house builder, they obviously get a kick back as there is no way they recommend them based on service.

Got basic information wrong on legal documents, ignored emails, gave us incorrect information. Absolute nightmare to deal with!
