We were thrilled to welcome Priti from PRAXIS to our annual speaker series in early April. Our event brings together Health and Safety professionals as well as HR professionals to enhance their understanding of issues within trucking. Priti hosted a wonderful session on Workplace Violence and Safety, discussing a range of related issues from the recent federal policy implications to real-life scenarios impacting the policy. What was great was Priti’s ability to engage the audience in the process of discussion, by sharing her own stories, she allowed the group to feel it was a safe space to ask tough questions and share their own experiences with workplace violence and safety. We’d love to bring her back for a longer session in the future – one-hour was NOT enough time with her.

I completed a 3 hour workshop with Priti as our lead consultant. Her compassion and professionalism in the sharing her knowledge in managing and interrupting racism is both commendable and admirable. She immediately offered a non-judgemental and safe sharing environment so others could share and educate others of their experiences , which only enhanced the material . I HIGHLY recommend any agency to consider Priti - Praxis Consulting if they want to truly function at a high level with their employees, clients and community.
