Had to use them for an eviction this year 2024, professional and kind front staff. 1. Although I can't give 5 stars when it came to the court date my phone number had been written down wrong, I had contacted the lady who was going to the courthouse prior to the court date, provided the correct number to fix the contact error, they still had called the wrong number and I was unable to join the court to share my side.
2. In order to receive my receipts I had to call more then once to ask for a copy of them to be emailed or printed out.
Other than those two things they were great to get them out but the customer service in my experience could be fixed up.

Amazing customer service. Janiva the registered bailiff who helped me, went above and beyond to make sure I did everything correctly in servicing our tenant, etc. She gave me helpful tips and hints. On two separate occasions I was served by Deana and Geneva. They both work extremely professional and helpful. I was dealing with an eviction as a property manager. I had some questions about the process and bailiff Services provided. They were extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody needing their services as well as questions regarding evictions.

I mostly dealt with Robin. I gave them a good amount of deposit to serve a notice but at the end, the notice was withdrew and no longer needed to be served. Even though they have spent their time on the phone with me in coaching me what I needed to do, but upon my follow up phone call on the deposit, they were very willing to return the full deposit back. They have sufficient knowledge in what they do, willing to help their client, and their price is very reasonable. Highly recommend.
