Powell Associates gave me honest, truthful information and all of the options available to me when dealing with my debt. It took quite some time for Kris and I to finally bite the bullet and reach out for help with our ever piling debt. We’re glad we did. When I was forced into bankruptcy by many different financial and personal reasons, I had no idea, like most people, what to do. My life was falling apart and it took a toll on me, as it does everyone when they find themselves in such an untenable situation.

I called every Trustee in the book and had a couple of meetings with other firms. I settled on Maritime Trustee (Mr. Robert Powell specifically) and I was a mess, but Maritime Trustees managed to get the situation under control and, although the job of a Trustee is not to represent just the Bankrupt person, but the creditors as well, and this regard they where fair, patient, and straightforward. I would highly recommend Maritime Trustees to help. Because that’s exactly what they did for me.
