They were excellent - the paperwork was very professional, and they explained how the border interview would go. I was well-prepared.

It is possible to go through the TN visa process without an immigration lawyer, but I don't recommend it. Pilkington Immigration was very helpful to me, and I strongly recommend their services. A visa is too important to leave in the hands of amateurs.
