I am giving this one star only for the front desk, because most of times we deal with front desk and their response is very poor. They attend calls, get your details and put you on hold for no reasons without saying anything. We have to do multiple followups for every single thing.
I called them multiple times to know about the payments, even after these many followups I was surprised with last minute charges which were never disclosed.

I am not happy with the services provided. They make you wait until evening time and you never get a call back. I think they have lots of business so now they are on a stage where they dont care for customers interest. I am not going back to them for any business. I wish I could give them negative stars...

Also when they calculate the amount, they make serious mistake in the number. Although you think you pay less fees, but they charge you more in the numbers. This is the trick they use against their clients.

This guy charged to one of my Vietnamese friend for execution, while she doesn't owe any once money o but he never provided any certificate as he lied to her, now I will help her to file a complaint and escalate this matter to file lawsuit against him. which he deserves.
