While Phaedra Klodner and her team were kind and polite in their interactions with me, I would not work with them again. They were slow in responding to emails and completing the work on their end, and then charge excessively for their own delays. A number of my meetings with Phaedra were cancelled or postponed immediately before, and I was then charged for the email correspondence to reschedule them. They had serious issues getting docusign set up, which delayed my services significantly. Excuses were made for these issues but they did not improve over time.
