Mr. Krochak is completely unprofessional. He treats his staff with the utmost disrespect and is totally inappropriate in his comments to them. He spends more time holidaying and on the golf course than he's ever spent in the office working on client files.

I do not recommend this lawyer. First they filed papers with the court with the wrong name, then a mandatory Affidavit was not done causing two extra trips to their firm and months of delay. When the Lawyer phoned regarding a complaint I made he didn’t even have the file in front of him knowing nothing of what I was complaining about so I had to explain to him what had happened meaning to me that his assistant did the work and he just signed his initial which happens a lot in straight forward cases but the Lawyer didn’t even take the time to review her work. The lawyer admitted there was 1 error and 1 oversight, oversight means error in the dictionary. They made more of an effort collecting the check!
