Kevin (the owner) was super professional. We actually had guests tell us how great the outhouse was at our event - because it was so clean, well lit and had the flusher and sink. Go for the wedding white unit!

Technician was very pleasant despite having to do such a mucky job. Also calmed my nerves regarding the field. Also explained that if you’re heavy on your septic (house of 5 adults -3 large males) you will need to have it emptied out more often. Highly recommended

Our family experienced a septic emergency today (Saturday morning). We have 4 children and I was stressed. ?I called Perth & District Septic Services. Damien and his wife came out to help almost immediately. He checked, cleaned our filter, was professional, gave us advice and we will definitely be lifetime customers now. The gentleman who came out to service our tank was very kind, funny, and helpful. When we couldn't locate the tank (just moved in 3 weeks ago), he helped us find it and helped my husband dig out the lids. We were very grateful for his help. Portapotty and hand wash arrived when they were supposed to and were picked when they said they would be. Polite over the phone and the driver was just as nice to deal with. We had to postpone back in June due to family issues and rescheduled with them for September with no issues whatsoever. Will use again for sure.

Called for pump out at our seasonal cottage, to be coordinated with an inspection by the Conservation Authority. They were able to schedule the pump out for the following day. And they called 2 times on the day of the pump out to let me know the ETA. The service, complicated by a failed septic tank pump on my system, was professional and thorough. I understand that the company, which has a long history of servicing our property is under new ownership. They are doing a great job. Recommended.
