She is the worst lawyer. Im not sure why she is still allowed to practice. Please for your own sake DO NOT hire this lawyer. Unless of course you want to lose everything then shes the lawyer for you. If -100 stars was available id choose it.

I hired Mary Anne Ducharme for my family law case, and my experience was extremely disappointing. She initially seemed confident about helping me with a motion for change, but there were numerous errors in the legal documents that I pointed out, which seemed to annoy her rather than prompt corrections. At one point during a case conference, she expressed concern about me losing time rather than focusing on getting what I needed.

After a motion hearing, the judge approved scheduling a special appointment on an urgent basis, but Mary Anne failed to follow through and ignored my emails and calls for several months. Eventually, she dropped my case due to personal matters, even taking on a friend's case shortly after.

I was left scrambling to find a new lawyer as time ran out, but I had no luck and ultimately had to give up on my case. I cannot recommend her services. It’s a shame because she came highly recommended, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I suggest looking elsewhere for legal representation.

Stay far away from these so called "attorneys". Nothing but condescending and rude during the initial consultation and said these exact words "You have no chance of full custody" Well after finding a much better and caring attorney with another firm, 7 months later I now have full custody of my son. So to all the attorneys at your office, DO BETTER! To anyone looking for a lawyer for a family matter, there's a reason this place offers free consultations...it's because that's the only way they can get clients. Good attorneys charge for a consultation. Do you research and read reviews. I'm so happy I spent my money elsewhere.

Worst experience of life. All parties traumatized for life I got pawned off to janice wood (but was told I was having Mary Anne Ducharme)who didn't have a care about the physical abuse my young sons endured from their father. Much more she didn't include. She just kept parroting judge doesn't care. Judge doesn't care. Mind you she was the one that didn't care. She just wanted to fill out the least amount of paperwork and be done. She never offered my sons a child's attorney which I found out later was supposed to be procedure. Pathetic attempt at being a lawyer.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude from the Assistant. She literally asked us, "What do you want?" when entered to make inquiries about the services. We left, of course. The lawyers might be losing business because of her rude attitude.

Mary Anne, and her assistant, were very helpful in dealing with a time critical situation, made more complicated because we were on seperate continents! She understood our situation and did what was necessary to help us.

Weakest law firm in Windsor. If you care about your case you will stay clear of this firm. They need to hang up the towel and close the doors! Useless!
