They were hard to work with 2 years ago when we used to purchase a property. They are hard to get information out off and almost never call you back when they say they will. I have called 4 times in the past 2 weeks asking for documents from our house that they never provided to us. I have yet to get a call back or get the documents we need from them. Will definitely not be using their services in the future.

I needed to have a document signed by a notary. They were able to fit me in right away. Which was helpful. My complaint is the cost. All they had to do was sign a document one signature. $271.0 . I paid it because I needed the document right away. But after I googled other places in calgary, that would do it for under a hundred bucks, so I don't understand why this was so expansive. I had them sign a document for me last year and it cost me a hundred and fifty.So that's what I was expecting this year, but it went up a hundred dollars. Will look elsewhere from now on

I had a very terrible experience with this horrible organization. I have never seen where an organization holds on to clients funds which is not even the mortgage amount. They were never open or been straight forward. We were not informed what the cost is for their services. It's really so sad.
