I was very happy with PCS of Niagara for their professional service. Geoff was very pleasant and did a great job of restoring our kitchen tiles as well as shampooing our carpet on the stairs. No fault of Geoff's work, he showed me some areas of the grout that were miss coloured after cleaning. I explained that I tried to replace some grout in these areas. I took the opportunity while the tiles were clean, to touch these areas up with tile paint. After the grout lines dried, they matched the existing grout lines perfectly. Our kitchen tile floor looks like new now. Thanks Geoff and PCS staff.

I had pet stains on a bedroom carpet that were there for a while before I realized. I thought I would have to replace the carpet, which was large and would have been very expensive. Great care and time was spent by PCS to clean the carpet and remove the smell! I was doubtful it would remove the smell. It worked! The carpet is clean and smell free. Many thanks to Geoff as he did a great job and spent a lot of time! The service was great from start to finish! I would highly recommend them and will for sure use them again if the need arises!

We asked PCS to cut a large area rug in half to create two hall runners. This required the cut to be serged to match the existing serging on the other sides. PCS were very concerned to get a close match to the existing serge which was of unknown origin. Instead of just going ahead with the shade based on their opinion they asked us to come in and look at the options that we were most comfortable with. They worked patiently with us and explored several alternatives until we found a yarn that was an excellent fit. We were very impressed that they immediately offered to do the work on the spot (less than 30 minute wait) as it was over 16 feet in total. When we laid the rugs in the hall that evening we were delighted and impressed that we could not detect any visual difference between the new and old serging. For great service, high quality work, and very fair pricing it would be difficult to find any better source than PCS. We will be a return customer, 100%

The ladies at PCS Niagara did a fantastic job of resizing an area rug that I purchased online to fit inside my home recording studio. I gave them the exact dimensions and they followed my request to the letter, keeping the design centred and binding the edges nicely to avoid fraying. They also worked within my construction timelines to ensure the build project was completed on time, as clients were waiting in the wings. Great results! Great customer service! Highly recommend! It wasn’t just the great job of cleaning and sealing the grout and tile, it was the excellent advice given afterwards on how to keep it clean. For the most part I would agree that the end product looked like new, except for a couple of very minor spots where the grout still dried dark and had to be done by hand. Otherwise this would have been five stars. We were spared a lot of work on our hands and knees

Wonderful experience. Had 2 rooms, 3 couches and a futon mattress done. Everything came out like new afterwards. Definetly worth every penny will be using PCS again next year.
