Word cannot begin to describe my experience with Ritwika. She walked us through our first home purchase and picked up everyone slack a long the way. This review is long overdue. Our family had a traumatic closing due to mortgage broker negligence. Ritwika went above and beyond on our closing day, but her hands were tied as our broker was not broker complete. We did end up closing a few days later due to Ritwika’s hard efforts at ensuring everyone was on track. Shes really great at what she does, and above all soo caring and compassionate.
