If you are looking for a payroll company to sign up with , this is the place to sign with. Easy to set up and extremely accessible for communication. Their customer service is second to none. I dealt with Irena and was completely impressed with her professionalism, patience and customer service. Irena was absolutely fantastic and quickly resolved my issue. Amazing ,amazing experience!

In general they're ok until about a year or 2 ago. Bad information or no communication led to fees being charged to account.

The most recent problem is we want to cancel account and did not hear anything back again. We email only because the call in service is hard to understand. Our business moves on and it ultimately ends up with NSF debit fees for an an inactive account. If they would have responded to us in a timely manner, it would have been avoided. NOW since there are fees on the account, they lock it so we can't cancel the account. Now we must pay or else we will be charged more fees and more and more.

Does anyone else notice that in general they only get back to emails when the damage is done? Does anyone else notice that it's your fault even when its 2000% their fault?

We ended up changing to QB payroll. More expensive but much better in many ways. Tried to talk to there CS but they stand by the fees being charged.

We have worked closely with two people from PaymentEvolution (Ale and Hema) since the time of implementation. When we need help - especially with time-sensitive matters - they squeeze us into whatever open slots they have on their calendars and patientlly work with us, which is always greatly appreciated and often critical to our business' success. We have worked with them for close to 2 years by now, and we're very happy with our transition from ADP to PaymentEvolution.

I was a customer of Payment evolution for both of my business for 10+ years but recent price increases and customer support experience made me head other way. The rates went up from $260 a year to $2000+ a year for the same services and the customer support in this case Naraiyah was not helpful at all and after I expressed my concerns basically told me to f off and find another system. Not a treatment I would expect after being a customer of payment evolution for that many years.
