Clayton, Richard and their team were amazing during the entire process of my commercial ceiling demolition and rebuild. They were always easy to communicate with, and were thorough in all that they did. Even during the estimation of price leading up to the Reno, they explained everything ahead of time, and had all the details reiterated in paper so I knew what to expect. They were efficient, organized and professional, and I could trust it was done properly at the highest of standards.
Photos are in order of the beautiful After with new fire coded ceiling drywall (and all new insulation under that) to the Before photos when there were water damaged suspended tiles covering old water damaged drywall with lighting and electrical also hidden underneath the tiles. All water damaged items were replaced and dealt with properly in first couple photos, plus an additional added lookout window from the upstairs room into main zone in third and fourth photos.

Do not use them! Nothing but problems.
We hired Paul Davis to deal with mold and water damage on the ceiling and in our attic. Their employee failed to remove all the mold/affected area as discussed and forgot to insulate our attic as promised in our quote/job description. After a week of work they sent him to come back to fix the job plus a couple sloppy painted/mudded areas he had done. After week 2 of him "fixing" his mistakes the job was done sloppy again and we had to call them back two more times over failure to fix the sloppy finishes and our fire alarm not fitting properly in the new drywalled area. The management didn't care to do anything to compensate the inconvenience and poor workmanship of a 4-5 day job turning into 3 weeks; and us babysitting and having to go in our attic to check their work and having to call them back multiple times to finish the job correctly. Management told us beyond fixing the problems they had no wiggle room to accommodate our unhappiness with the job because they quoted our job too low. Very disappointed with their work and their excuses. Completly unacceptable that we had to check our attic to ensure they removed the mold we hired them to remove and completely unacceptable that we had to babysit their work over the 3 weeks. After reading all the good reviews I was very excited to use them as it was a very cut and dry fix, but I wouldn't recommend them after this headache of a repair. Especially with 4 young kids to keep out of their way and not be able to use a section of our home for 3 weeks. Very unhappy with our experience and work done!

Our experience with Paul Davis was truly remarkable. We were impressed with the outstanding customer care service throughout our experience. Each professional team throughout the journey performed quality care and workmanship.
At the onset of our claim Brian professionally assessed our damage and designed a comprehensive plan to ensure our maximum satisfaction. We appreciated that Delilah and Nathan set up fans to prevent mould and moisture damage. Extreme care was taken to provide thorough safety and trustworthy precautions. Mike and his team carefully tore down the old floor and created a large plastic barrier to protect our second living area and our furniture from dust and any mess incurred.
Lavdim, Bugar and Ned performed magic with our ensuite ceramic tile floor design.
Their expertise was evident because of their knowledge and quality workmanship.
The results were stunning. They are to be commended on their professionalism and their ceramic install experience.
Damage to our ceiling was eliminated by the gifted talents of Emilio and Lawrence. They miraculously removed and repaired the stains matching the ceiling colour with precision and expertise.
Where would we be without the selfless customer service and dedication from none other than Jason? He truly went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction. Along with Mike he navigated this project with integrity and commitment to ensure trustworthy customer care and customer service.
Jason ensured that every detail of the make over was addressed & completed.
Our compliments to John on the several projects that he completed especially the fine painting details. His painting skills are truly remarkable.
Jason is recognized on his super powers to get the job done in a timely fashion. Jason along side with Mike went out of their way to get the job done.

We had water damage from my dishwasher back in December which went through insurance. The initial consult with Crystal was fabulous and the crew that came in to set up the fans and what not were great. But that’s where things have stopped. I was pressured into signing off on my insurance form (“just sign here and we will have everything completed by Monday”….my bad) by Jason and since then have really had an opportunity to go over the workmanship which just isn’t there. Galko (now Paul Davis) built my home in 2014 and I expected the quality of the rebuild to be the same as it was when I bought the house but no. They have tried to fix major gaps in my casings with plaster when they should really have just been removed and re cut. The trim work is done terribly and despite them coming back a few times to “fix” it, it’s still not comparable to the other trim in my house they did not have to remove. I get it from a business point of view that I screwed up by unknowingly signing off of the insurance order (I got told I have a years warranty on their work so I assumed that it meant they would continue to make things right) and now they don’t want to eat the costs out of their own pockets to fix their subpar work.
I have been open and transparent with my lack of happiness in the job they have done and have felt like I was required to basically babysit all the projects despite me having no background in home renovations. And now since my last email in June where I was told it would be escalated to the supervisor I have heard nothing. Save yourself the headache and book with a company that actually cares about their work.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Paul Davis, especially working with Dylan! He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire restoration process. This job was part of an insurance claim, which can sometimes be a headache, but Dylan made everything so much easier.

From start to finish, he was professional, super knowledgeable, and always kept me updated on what was happening. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled perfectly, and the final result exceeded my expectations. You could tell he really cared about the quality of work and making sure I was happy with everything.
