Within two hours after I contacted my home insurance after my garden shed collapsed under the weight of heavy wet snow on February 24, 2025, Paul Davis had arrived to do a preliminary valuation.
Then Paul Davis Restoration did a complete inventory of all my damaged or destroyed garden tools (most electric) and within days my insurance approved the list to replace them, and then provided a cheque for the pre tax value.
Not only that but Paul Davis showed me the new garden shed approved by my insurance company, and they will assemble it on site once the snow melts giving them access to my back yard where the shed was and will be.
On the inventory of the shed contents there was no mention of my dolly, so I called and yesterday a Paul Davis truck was pulling into my driveway and I greeted the person at my door while saying 'Hello Dolly'. Guess the team thought it was their equipment and no doubt used it to move the contents and debris from the shed.
I am more than pleased with the performance of the Paul Davis team.

I recently contracted Paul Davis Systems Cornwall to repair the wind-damaged siding and chimney for my elderly parents. I am beyond impressed with their service, attention to detail, and clear communication. In the past, I’ve had to babysit contractors on their property to ensure my parents weren’t taken advantage of or that the agreed-upon scope was completed. This was not the case with Paul Davis.
