I would NEVER recommend this law firm I made the mistake to hire Aaron walchuk as my family law matter. I gave them over 14 thousand dollars to this firm to not understand the severity of my case I gave them above and beyond evidence she never used she more sided with the opposing parties feelings instead of my my own. Most definitely not a firm I’d EVER recommend or go to also used me for an experiment on “new” family court things which they get you prepared and both party lawyer stand back and do nothing. Every thing i expressed and was very clear was not used or expressed. For 14 thousand dollars i got hardly anything.

Alex Marr may be one of the younger lawyers in the office but he's a well-spoken, intelligent, downright amazing guy who worked through many weekends and late nights for me. If it weren't for him I would be much worse off, and still be struggling through a slew of trivial family court matters. All of the staff here are pleasant and get things done ASAP

Kelly Melnyk is an inexperienced family/criminal lawyer who will only exacerbate your family court case by trying to turn it into a criminal case! She has no clue from actually trying to get a restraining order on a email from across the country, a Strategy that the judge ignored and she removed herself from thankfully. Not ethical and very far from any type of mediation. Do not waste your time or your breath.
