EXCELLENT service. I used this business on multiple occasions and received exceptional service everytime. I explained that 'time was of the essence' and Kim was very friendly and professional and had the documents served in a very timely manner. She was very flexible in meeting me at the time and location that was convenient for me. Amazing service. The people here go above and beyond to help you; I really couldn't ask for a better outcome. Kim in particular is great, she's professional and very friendly and helped me out so much with my case. As soon as my wife contacted Kim, she immediately took the time to talk to her & listen to her concerns. She delivered as promised and answered every phone call. Kim had shown an exceptional display of professionalism and customer service. The respondent had to be served an hour west of Edmonton. Kim found a process server there and the respondent was served immediately. I am a Registered Nurse/Instructor and Kim hand delivered documents to me at my place of work.
