Went to Patrice for years. Came across his name looking for a massage therapist in the area and decided to leave this review. Was very happy with the service and treatments until one day out of the blue for reasons completely unknown to me I could not make an appointment. I left many messages and sent a text all of which were not returned. I was confused as to why I could not make an appointment and was looking for a response. To this day I still don’t know what happened and I am very disappointed with how I was treated after such a long history.

Patrice is phenomenal! I've been going to him for years and can't imagine going anywhere else. He's such a skilled RMT, very professional and makes everyone feel at ease. His practice is within a lovely little spa, it's clean, warm and relaxing.

Patrice is by far the best RMT I have ever been to. Professional, courteous, great at asking the right questions to determine the best treatment and determine root causes, frequently checks your comfort and offers exercises for you to do after the treatment. I highly recommend him.

I'll declare my conflict of interest by saying I knew Patrice socially before becoming a client. That said, I would say I'm generally more comfortable as a patient with strangers than somone I know.

In my case, I have chronic lower back pain from an injury in 2015. It doesn't usually bother me, but once or twice a year it just flares up without warning and I really would need some attention. He's usually booked solid for weeks, but he offers a waitlist for cancellations through his website, and he prioritizes clients based on their needs, so I can usually get in within three to four days if I my back is really seized up. He's very good at identifying the source of the problem, and I always end up leaving with greater mobility.

I find him very professional, and he strictly adheres to the public health guidelines for the pandemic. And I'm fine with that, because though I might not be at risk, I'm certain some of his clients might be.
