I met with Tarun to get a document notarized and he was so kind and helpful. Notary Pro is just a third party company who was terrible to deal with and didn’t give me accurate information. Tarun explained things clearly and I plan to come see him to get my will drafted. Don’t go through Notary Pro, just visit Pacific Point or call them directly, you will have 100% better experience!

I was in an emergency situation and needed a document notarized urgently. I went to this firm, and while Tarun was polite, I was shocked by the pricing. We were charged $145 just for notarizing a single document, and he claimed the fee applied to both me and my partner. At that point, we had no choice but to pay.

Just four months ago, I had the same document notarized elsewhere for only $55. This pricing felt excessive and unfair, especially given the circumstances. I highly recommend confirming the fees beforehand to avoid unexpected charges.

Would not return based on this experience.
