This clinic should have another way to contact a doctor when the clinic is closed for lunch between 12 and 1 PM. I was supposed to have a phone appointment set up for 1145 and of course the doctor didn’t end up calling me until 12 and the call got disconnected and then I couldn’t call them back because the clinic phone was off due to staff being at lunch so now it’s a missed appointment. It’s 2024 You guys can figure out a phone system where you can connect with your doctor or have people to man phones for someone’s lunch break.

Highly recommend going anywhere else.. for a supposed "walk in" clinic... It's appointment based only... Also went in with chest pains and shortness of breath to be simply turned away and shrugged off as if it were nothing. Go to St Pierre but even then you're better off going to steinbach regional hospital. Will be reporting this off to the director and other medical assistance.

Dr. Victoria did not seem at all interested in providing any medical care. She was slouched so low in her chair looking like she’d fall right off. She seemed very disinterested in what I had to say, she just looked at me blankly while playing with her shirt zipper. It felt like I was a huge inconvenience in her day. I waited 6 months from doctor finder for this appointment and I left empty handed. There was no attempt to try and figure out my symptoms or how to solve them. In fact I believe she wanted me to tell her what to do. I didn’t go to medical school for 10 years, so expecting me to know what the next steps should be is very concerning. She also refused bloodwork because “your labs won’t change within 3 years”. I’ve had better results at a walk-in clinic or QDOC. I won’t be returning to see her.

I appreciate our medical clinic and the service they give. I especially appreciate Dr. Coutts who is amazing, but also those who fill in when she is away. Thank you!

I've had great experiences here with Dr. Coutts and Dr. Labossiere. The reception staff have always been kind and accommodating. 5 stars for all of them. My 4 stars is due to Dr. Victoria Eguaoje, who I would personally give 2 stars. She is very dismissive and seems to want to get me out the door/off the phone as quickly as possible. She makes me feel as though I am wasting her time, and I've heard this from other people in my life who have been to see her too.
Great clinic otherwise, and a convenient location.

I have always had excellent care. I Only wish that the phones would be answered during 12-1. Staggering lunches so that it is convenient for the patient would be most appreciated.

Dr. Henry Wood - He is such an amazing and thourough doctor, he treats his patients with compassion. Directed us in getting proper medical diagnosis at a very tough time when we needed that guidance and care.

Also found Dr. Boroditsky here who is equally amazing! Thanking them wont be enough, but thanks to them & the team.

The staff at the front were so friendly and got me in quickly. Dr Victoria was really kind and made me feel that I was in a safe place. The lab attendant squeezed me in for bloodwork right away and she is the first ever to get my blood samples done on the first try. I’m very impressed overall and appreciate them accommodating me as a walk in.
