This course for the PDIC is a cash grab during the final test they will ask you questions that are not included in the study materials. Be aware of that. I also had the pleasure of speaking with one of there employees by the name of Diana. Who said if I don't remove my review. I wont get a refund that was very unprofessional so 2 stars instead of one I guess.

We had On-Track Safety complete an Emergency response plan for us for workers working alone and a full program for health and safety to cover our workers. We were VERY happy with the results and how friendly and knowledgeable the staff where. Highly recommend anyone looking for some safety assistance as they are the experts

I am not really impressed by their safety manual. The Safe Work Practices and Safe Work Procedures are bare. Carpentry doesn't really delve into any typical hazards. We asked for a "customized" package, and the extent of the concrete SWP included a pump truck, yet nothing really to do with a wood frame housing company. I am writing my own SWP for things they missed such as tiling, drywalling, WOOD FRAME construction, and roofing. Where is the roofing SWP, not even there. It is like they copy and pasted hoping no one would actually read this lousy edition. If they did an audit and wrote materials for Ledcor, I would be amused. This isn't a customized safety manual for a wood frame construction business. It is a lousy cut and paste. Most of the SWP don't even include citations of OHS regulations, some do perhaps 5%. Again nothing about drills or anything ostensibly related to wood framing in this manual. A waste of 1500$. Judging from the examples of your FLHA, you simply take the company logo and cut and paste it on. This is really worth maybe at most $100.

WHERES THE NOISE EXPOSURE PLAN and at least the mentioning of this, wheres the bullying and harassment? Psychosocial hazards? Physical hazards?
