I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Gerg willoughby My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

Firstly, I feel that Gerg willoughby has a significant lack of professional ethics. This experience has left me questioning their commitment to their clients. When people seek legal advice, they place their trust in their lawyer, expecting honesty, diligence, and respect. Unfortunately, my trust was misplaced.

Gerg willoughby took my money without providing the necessary service or results. This not only wasted my resources but also caused undue stress and affected my life significantly. It is deeply troubling when a professional, who is supposed to uphold the law and protect their clients' interests, fails to do so.

In summary, Gerg willoughby.has proven to be untrustworthy and unreliable. Their lack of commitment to their clients is glaring, and it is clear to me that they are not worth the trust people place in them. I would strongly advise others to seek legal assistance elsewhere to avoid a similar experience.

My husband has recently been granted his permanent residency. We initially attempted to complete the forms ourselves but soon discovered this was virtually impossible even though I am extremely computer literate. We decided professional help was needed as the government try to make things as difficult as possible. After reading reviews, we decided to contact Only Immigration. My husband had an initial phone conversation with Greg and immediately felt at ease. He explained the problems with the online forms and he agreed it was a minefield. He also explained that he had 2 minor police cautions in the UK which he was worried about but Greg again, put him at ease and said there is nothing to worry about. Throughout the whole process Greg and Claire were unbelievably professional, honest and friendly. Any questions we had were answered straight away. It was like they were sitting on the couch next to you, guiding you through the whole process. Living 150 km away, everything was done remotely. Being in London one day, My wife popped into the office on the off chance she could meet face to face and Greg was there and she had a nice chat. From my husband's first phone call to getting the approval was 6 months. Yesterday he received his PR card in the post. My husband and I cannot thank Greg and Claire enough for the prompt, professional service they gave and removing all the stress from us. Greg did an absolutely wonderful job for us getting a permanent residency for my mother. She had been in Canada for 7 years on a Parent Super visa, then getting told she must leave the country 2 weeks before Christmas 2021. We contacted Greg who advised us to go for a Humanitarian and Compassionate route. He was very honest with the success rate of these kind of cases and time frame to expect. We were lucky enough to get approval, and cannot that Greg enough for all of his hard work and expertise.

Avoid at any cost and do some research to see the history of issues this lawyer has had in Canadian legal system (see photos and you can search this online, too)!

I am sharing this review so you can avoid making the very serious mistake that we made in choosing Greg to represent our case. Despite his initial responsiveness in answering emails, after we signed a contract and paid the initial payment the level of responsiveness by this lawyer dropped dangerously.
After filing an appeal form, he didn’t answer our emails and calls in one of the key steps of the process for several days and finally sent the request to request for change of the date of the hearing after the critical deadline set by the court was passed!!!! As a result, we lost our chance to have our hearing at a later date.
This was not the only case he didn’t fulfil his duties in a timely manner.
Closer to the date of the hearing, we sent many emails and make several phone calls to ask how he is going to prepare the documents that were supposed to be sent to the court in advance. He did NOT reply to any of our emails and didn’t even provide proper advice so we can prepare the file ourselves. As a result, a few days before the deadline we had to start going through the regulation texts and prepare all the documents ourselves despite our limited knowledge. We did all the work despite paying a huge amount of money to Greg for this case.
At the end, we shared what we have prepared with him to at least do a review and send to the court before the deadline passes. He just mentioned I like what you prepared and use this exactly as it is!!!!

As you can imagine, we lost the case! When we did some more research about this lawyer in case he Ontario bar association website, we found a document (court summary) that explained he had been temporarily banned from practicing law due to untimely and problematic representation of several clients in the past and his permit to practice law has been re activated a while ago. We felt this with our life!!!

Unfortunately in our case the pattern of not attending to the client needs and deadline was clearly repeated and put us under a huge stress, financial loss and undesirable results.
Avoid at any cost and do your own research on this lawyer if you don’t trust my words. You can see below photos that are public records actually!
