Jim and Nadine are amazing. Used them to buy and sell my condo. Couldn’t have used anyone else! Nadine is an excellent communicator and responds super quickly! Jim and Nadine are absolutely fantastic people! They helped us with the sale of our home and buying our new home. We were in a bit of a time crunch and they worked with us through it all and put our minds at ease. When you walk in, you are greeted by Nadine and, if your lucky, their dog mascot will be there. They have a huge variety of coffee flavors for you to choose from if that's your thing. They have a great sense of humor and have a way of making you feel at home. The building is also absolutely beautiful. Would reccomend them without hesitation.

An amazingly laid-back place that is perfect for first-time sellers and buyers. Just be aware that once you use them, you won't want to go anywhere else!! My second rime using them! Nadine is lovely and very good at communicating what she needs you to get her, and Jim goes through everything step by step for you and gives you a parting to-do list!
