I encountered an individual, likely the receptionist, the older lady with a Karen hair cut and acted exactly like a Karen. who exhibited unprofessional behavior during a brief interaction. They were professional at all times with Ali providing sound legal advice and timely updates. I was kept abridged of any complications that needed further attention which I am confident saved me time, excess stress, and money.

While no Lawyer is cheap the rate charged was reasonable and provided good value for money, I can wholeheartedly recommend Ali if you need good work and good advice.

The firm itself is in a good location on Jasper Avenue in downtown Edmonton with lots of parking nearby. The offices were clean and upscale while the staff was friendly and responsive to questions.

Had I been asked a couple of years ago, I would have said that this firm was a delight to work with. However, after chatting in November with the lawyer who assisted me with two legal matters in the past, we were beginning to discuss a third issue that is time sensitive and extremely important to me, when I was completely ghosted for no apparent reason.

Despite numerous calls and emails reminding them of their promise of legal advice and help through this matter, I can neither get the lawyer, an associate or even a law students (for advice), to respond in any way. The last conversation I had with them was pleasant and I cannot find any reason why they have discarded me as a client.

Communication, accessibility, and reliability are big items when looking for a legal team and this has really soured my family's perspective of them.
