Once again , there closed , bad weather, my ass ,nothing wrong with the weather, people are driving in from other towns so it can't be that bad and just who pays for all the cabs to take me back and forth , then it's not posted , we have to make long distance calls to find out where and when we can get our drinks at , not fair for us working class ones at all....if they would PAT THERE STAFF BETTER just mavee we wouldn't have this dam problem ALL THE TIME ...I've lost two jobs for being late or having the run around to find out where to get my dam drink ...really wonder if this is all worth it ....Hmmmm........

I would just like to express how amazing these staff members are:
Christine -Is always kind and is very good at her job we are lucky to have her as support staff at the clinic now:)
MERE-Another kind, sweet yet highly professional Nurse. Even if she is having a very busy day , if you look a bit upset or like something's on your mind she takes the time and asks. Always smiling, and also an amazing Nurse. She also gave me an outline for journaling , and I have been following it because I was upset that all the material around the clinic says "relapse is going to happen, relapse is normal. This bothered me because I am so close to being finished the program and I don't have another relapse left in me, something as simple as a print out and stickers like that is enough , the journaling is helping so much. I am so grateful.

BONNIE-I switched my pick up day so don't see her often and I miss her she is an excellent nurse. She also helped me by talking to me as my Mother is sick, and she educated me about the disease and that also helps me so much.
Have you ever heard of any clinic anywhere that is that kind and caring?No. I am so grateful Collingwood is my clinic as I got treated like I was nothing at ones previously.
They go above and beyond for the patients.

I am also SO grateful I have such an outstanding Doctor. I could type all night here if I explain why my Doctor is amazing, a few things are how well educated, compassionate, down to earth,experienced and smart he is.
That was my 2023 review, below is 2022.

So grateful to this clinic I cannot even begin to explain.
The program works as long as your goal is to get better,make the effort, are willing to decrease your dose,and truly want to stay clean.
At the OATC Collingwood, Nurses are both experienced,kind,and respectful, the support staff as well.
My Doctor is one of the kindest,experienced , and intelligent physicians I have ever met(over 25 years experience )and I have been successful tapering because I have trusted his judgement). If I had a Doctor as supportive when I first started the program ,I am sure I would have been able to have finished successfully within less than two years instead of more than 5.

Great place for good people that have just made a mistake in life. Doctors are top notch are truly care about their patients. Staff are always kind, knowledgeable and they always have good advice,medical pamphlets and treats, also faxes are always sent on time.

Very sweet and kind staff. Always water and treats. Its a smaller clinic so its pretty much in and out which is a plus for someone with anxiety issues.
