I had done a consumer proposal as my debts were becoming too much after a divorce. I had a debt with this company that was included in my consumer proposal....which I have listed in my proposal. The proposal was granted and the debt I had that NCCSI was collecting on, interest was to be stopped and no derogatory remarks to be added to my credit report. Well a year later I get a notification that I have a new entry on my credit report. I dont know if this is legal but they sold my debt(as collection agency's always do) to another collection agency and now it's hitting negatively on my credit yet it is or supposedly included in my proposal. Now going back and fourth has become a headache.

I received a call from this collection agency in regards to a dental bill. I had moved and the dental bill was not sent to my new address. I accepted it was my mistake that there were outstanding portions owing after insurance was not covering all costs, to my dismay I was unaware I could've went back to the dentist and paid them directly HUGE mistake! I agreed to pay the agency and they sent a letter stating it was paid and that this would not hit my credit reports as I was able to pay them and settle in a timely manner. To my surprise six months later this was posted to my credit report. When I reached out to the company they avoided returning my calls and when I called back and stated I had a copy of the letter they responded rather quickly with an email response that it was a "system error" and sent just the letter with no response to my questions. I suggest keeping a close eye on your reports if you have dealt with this company at all. I will be watching and waiting for respectful professional responses and for this to clear from my report, hopefully sooner then later. Malanie was unresponsive, avoided all questions and has sent the letter twice with information I have asked to be updated. While Laurie was helpful and willing to assist, I am sorry for her that she has to deal with clients while "supervisors" avoid communication.

I found out I had debt to this company by looking at my credit score online. they never once contacted me about resolving the debt, and when I did try to contact them, they were very rude. I called them three times one morning. it sounded like someone answered because I could hear voices is the background, so I couldnt leave a message. and then they finally called me back after I hung up the 3rd time and they said people had tried to contact me (I've had the same contact details for about 5 years), and generally argued and didnt listen to me. they said they would email a receipt to me after I made the payment and I've had to call them to ask them to send it a couple of days after making the payment.

very frustrating when dealing with an already frustrating situation. do not recommend them at all.

Got a call from this company. I got my phone number about 6 months ago for my business, so no one has this phone number. This company was asking to speak with my brother... who I haven't communicated with in over 5 years. They were abrasive and rude when I asked how they got this number. They hung up on me. When I called back to inquire how the manner in which they got my number, I was put on hold and transferred to a voicemail. DO NOT call or trust this "company"

The worst company ever dealt with. Extremely rude . I was out of country , they called my wife and refused to provide reason . When my wife ask them how they got her number they start using offence words and Hang up the phone . The manager seems doesn't care when my wife called back. They treat my wife as criminals. Very bad company, very bad service . Feel sorry to those who hire them as collector .
