Absolutely unacceptable. I walked into this notary office to notarize documents and the front desk clerk never even looked at me. She spent over 15 minutes on the phone, completely ignoring me the entire time. I left without being acknowledged once. Shocking lack of respect and professionalism unbelievable for a public notary office.

I don't know how good the lawyers here are, but I think they should at least provide some training to the female reception staff on friendliness.
I went there to ask a simple question and make a request, but I was really upset by the rude attitude they gave me without even making eye contact, let alone greeting me.
